And the winner is …

Surprisingly, the easiest animal to identify is the PORCUPINE. Of all porcupine images in Season 4, only two classifications were wrong. Here are the rankings for the top ten, along with the percentage correct for each animal.

    This site is amazing, thanks or sharing. Watched it on KSTP. Just came back from the Masai @ The Royal Mara, and it was a trip of a lifetime. Now back in Minnesota I think of it often and looking at your site brings me back there. Diane

    Are these percentages weighted by the number of observations of the animal? If not, any idea how weighting them in such a way would change the rankings?

      You can read how I calculated these percentages here: But in brief, I divide the number of correct classifications for each animal by the total of number of classifications for each animal. So the “number of observations of the animal” is a part of the percentages.
